Termites need to be found before they can be treated! Termatrac is a breakthrough development in the detection of termites. It was invented and developed in Australia using technology similar to radar for detecting termites in Australian building conditions and situations. Termatrac can effectivel detect termites through timber, plaster board, brick or masonary with no interference to the building material or risk of disturbing the termites which is important for effective treatment.

Termguard systems provides a convenient, safe and reliable method of applying and re-applying approved termite prevention agents to all types of construction through their advanced patented reticulation systems.

Cavtect are purpose built reticulated pipe systems providing a re-treatable, safe, cost effective and reliable barrier to deter the concealed entry of Subterranean Termites. Cavtect termite barrier systems have been developed with "The Environment in Mind" by completely limiting he exposure of chemicals other than the treatment area. Cavtect targets termites at their main entry point to a home and comes with a Product Warranty for the economic life of the building from date of installation (subject to annual termite inspections and other conditions).   

Physical Barriers (For new homes & extensions)

Granitgard provides a barrier to protect ALL timber products in the building. Granitgard offers a complete subterranean termite barrier system. New buildings can be protected from termites with one treatment of natural, non-toxic, Granitgard graded stone physical termite barrier material. Easily applied during construction, this treatment could save the building from eventual destruction. With a wide range of simple installation methods that are fully approved, Granitgard can protect all common building designs.

Trithor is a flexible physical termite barrier product that is installed at the time of construction to offer effective and long-term protection from the concealed entry of subterranean termites. The Trithor Barrier is impregnated with deltamethrin and laminated top and bottom with a rugged plastic membrane. Trithor can be installed in many difficult and complicated situations and comes with a 50 Year Warranty from the date of installation subject to annual termite inspections and certain conditions.

In-ground Baits (For all homes)

Green Termite Baits are a cost effective and excellent way to easily detect the presence of termites. If the two clear windows on top of the timber wedge bait are covered over, this indicates termites and immediate action can be taken to treat the area to eliminate the colony. 

Exterra Baits are about finding and killing termite colonies. Once contact has been established with a termite colony, it is a straightforward process of the colony to consuming the bait which leads to colony elimination. Exterra is an environmentally acceptable and effective termite management technology.

Nemesis is an Australian Termite Baiting System designed to attract and eliminate termite colonies in a non invasive way. It uses an insect growth regulator (IGR) Chlorfluazuron as the active constituent in the Nemesis Bait. Active termites feed on the highly attractive bait food source and padd-on the IGR to other members of the colony, undetected by termites, until the colony collapses. Nemesis Termite Bait is a registered product under the requirements og legislation administered by the Australian Pesticides and Vetinary Medicines Authority. The system uses a number of unique stations for in-ground and above-ground interception of ctaive termites.

Soil Sprays (For all homes)

Termidor Dust is a non-repellent, ingestible product containing food grade alpha cellulose, the same material used as the fodd source in most termite bait systems. Termidor Dust is different to other bait systems due to its incubation period which allows just enought time for lethal powder to be transferred from one termite to another. The manufacturer claims this transfer effect gives Dust an edge over all other termitcides. The termites will go about their normal activities long enough to pass the Termidor Dust to numerous other termites until it is spread right through the colony. All it takes is physical contact between termites for 'Dust' to be transferred and spread through the colony.
